By Shopping Cart
- SECURE "Shopping Cart" online ordering

- 1) To purchase items, click the

will be displayed and then return back to the original screen being
viewed.
- 2) After adding all of the items
selected, click "View Your Shopping Cart" or "Go To
Checkout Now" to finish the ordering process. An order can easily
be placed securely ONLINE by MasterCard, Visa or Discover or complete
the order and print it to place an order by mail.

- Inspect all items upon receipt & report
any claims within 5 business days.
- If damaged in shipping, we will contact
shipper.
- If manufacturers defect, we will replace
the item unless not available.
- If item is not available, a refund
will be given for item & S&H.
- A return shipping label will be
provided for returning damaged item.
- Returns will not be accepted without
authorization.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of
receipt of merchandise.
- Items, including boxes, must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Sealed packages, such as most 1/64 scale, must be unopened. Damaged items excluded.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- On Non-Damaged Items, a 15% restocking fee
will apply - S&H Is not refundable
- Refunds - Credit card orders will have cards
credited. All others will receive refund check.
